FAQ

• Within the next ten (10) business days, you will receive an outcome letter from your Hearing Officer sent to your Ram email address. You will be notified in writing if the outcome is delayed.
• If found responsible for prohibited conduct as outlined in the Student Conduct Code, the Hearing Officer will determine appropriate sanctions based on the incident’s severity, impact on others, and the student’s or organization’s previous conduct record.
• Please be mindful of all sanction deadlines in your hearing outcome letter.
• If you do not complete your educational sanction by the stated deadline, a “hold” is placed on your registration. The “hold” will prevent you from being able to register or withdraw from your classes.
• If you have questions, once you have received your outcome letter, please email the Student Resolution Center at srcenter@colostate.edu.

Although there is no additional charge for many of our sanctions, certain DAY Programs include an administrative fee to defray the costs of intensive staff time, services, and support. (Fees for similar services available off-campus are considerably higher.) Your hearing officer chose that sanction as the most relevant to your situation.
